A note from the Senior Training Strategist, Coaching Guru, President or just plain Cindy...

For those of you familiar with Titan Training, you should notice some of the changes taking place here on our site and out there in the way we work with organizations and people. This new focus represents the beginning stages of our vision for the future. We are evolving to become more “people” oriented.

For our corporate clients, rest assured that we will still be continuing to represent and deliver our training programs with the same level of passion, commitment and professionalism as always. We may even be improving the way we deliver programs through this more people-centric approach ….we have a few new ones in the works!

Our new approach has evolved to include more active and responsive Coaching, by making Coaching more available (and affordable) for clients looking to address personal needs, without going through their organizations. In-person coaching is still available and will likely remain a very popular choice for many of our corporate clients. However, we have now included “Tele-Coaching” which will offer a more personal approach to coaching giving individuals more options in terms of access time and availability!

We will also be growing our Resources section – in a direct response to your enquiries. New options and information will be added as we continue to grow our partnerships, whether through books, programs, trainers or coaches. If I feel comfortable with their messages and quality I’ll add them to the recommendations lists for you to access. We can’t be everything to everyone, so you just might find what you’re looking for within these areas.

What does a people-centric approach mean? Well… look for us to start playing with technology a little more, trying to provide you with more information and support, whether through the blog, through webinars or e-learning options.
