As Director, Dorothy Lazovik has over twenty years of experience in retail, management, sales and training that lends to her expertise as an image and life skills strategist. She has worked extensively with individuals from a variety of levels and roles within organizations. Her personal and customized approach has proven effective in creating the changes needed to assist these individuals in distinguishing themselves amongst their peers and in their industries. Dorothy is a noted facilitator, life skills strategist, program developer and keynote speaker. She is dedicated to supporting her community by volunteering her time and expertise at the Red Door Shelter.
Headed by Cathy Perennec-McLean, the Motivaction Resource Group focuses on the delivery of team building, customer service, sales training and conflict management programs. As co-author of the acclaimed Life Mastery program, Cathy is in large demand also as a Life Coach.
